When I was ready to go in for my appointment, I tried to close the window. It would run up an inch or do, pause, then go back to the full open position. Apparently it just needs to be reset and the way you solve the problem is to run the window all the way up so it's closed, then you pull on the up switch again and hold it for 3 seconds.
