ADM Lowers are the best Ambi Lowers out there with the MARs just right behind in my opinion. The Radians are all hype, I can go buy me a stripped forged lower with a bolt release paddle and stick a redi catch on it for the same exact thing but $300 cheaper. I can't lend an opinion because my only ambi lower is a Radian.
I use a hot glue gun and put a blob where the upper will seat into the lower then I close the two, push the pin in and wait a few minutes. This gets rid of 100% of the upper/lower slop.
