There are Deathtrap Builds that i use with low Anarchy. You can exploit the Make It Sparkle bug. With UCP is even better, i went through all op levels with a lvl 80 shock Fibber just by upgrading a Bee for Gaige and a Love Thumper for DT. Leg. The reality is that your probably taking anarchy anyway solely because without it your locked out of that tree. And while that tree is primarily anarchy focused it does have some of gaiges best skills, namely blood soaked ...It depends on what kind of damage/weapons you're trying to focus on. Personally I like to focus on the little big trouble tree and use shock weapons and relics that boost shock damage.

I use Gaige and only Gaige, and it takes a hell of a lot to bore me. I run an Anarchy/Deathtrap build, complemented by the Hide and Slayer of Terramorphous. When I find something that I prefer, I pretty much stick with it. If building Anarchy is the thing that yields the most damage, then so be it. I guess that makes me boring.

It’s an Anarchy skill-based build that will do huge amounts of damage once you start stacking the skill. In the field, you can gain "free" anarchy by shooting things that break, like ice chunks, skag piles, stalker pods, pottery jars in Tiny Tina's DLC, etc. Must use something like a Jakobs shotgun that must reload every shot. The ricochet Fibber (the one that shows extremely high damage on the name card) is phenomenal too. I always recommend Anarchy because it gives a huge damage increase for only one point. If you don't like the accuracy loss there's always Discord to burn off excessive stacks.
