Destiny 2 relic conduit inactive.
So I’ve been looking for this answer for a few weeks and it’s something that I can live with but feel there has to be a simple solution. On my Titan, I completed all the Enclave relic crafting quests, and all is well on that character. The problem I have is I cannot access the relic or see the quest for either of my other two characters.

It goes into your consumables and all that the relic tether does is tell you how many resonant elements you have currently. Thank you! The relic tether sits in your inventory. So either delete or put something in your vault from your inventory. Thank you!
Hi all, I am trying to craft a weapon. I already went through the quest and shaped/reshaped the weapons. The quest is gone. But the relic shows inactive. Anyone able to help? I have attached an image of the relic showing inactive and links below for images of my quest log.
