Herbsaint has been on my radar and got to try it on my last jaunt to New Orleans. This is a delicious alternative to the many many choices in this great dining city. It's classical French, yet Creole, yet Cajun, yet inventive....when appropriate. I noticed that every table in this tiny restaurant is closely attended.
