Help: Lump Right Below Right Rib Cage with Abdominal Pain. I am male, 30 years old. I have been dealing with sharp abdominal pain for about a year now. The pain can last from a few hours to a few days and is on the far right side of my abdomen right where my rib cage ends. I went to the ER last June because the pain was constant for over a week.
