When I go to engage the PTO, the PTO clutch sleeve moves about half way back (not all the way) before meeting resistance. I observed this by looking at the slit in the top of the PTO shaft bearing support assembly. It "feels" like the PTO clutch sleeve is riding against the transmission shaft, but has not fully engaged over this shaft.
