If the primary clutch is kept from getting too hot the grease lasts the 600 hours no problem. When the motor gets too hot the life span goes down.

I believe this Camoplast track is set up for the 1.97 drivers / Sprockets . I would like to keep this track as I am looking at a re stock fee of $80. plus about $50. in shipping . Jan 14, 2016 · Drill a dozen or so 1/2-3/4" holes across the dash in front of the gauges. Underneath the hood, install a fan or two in the black panel plastic panel that covers the underside of the gauges. Watch the clearance with stuff under the hood, you'll have to find the right spot for the fan (s). Works great! We are moving the ride to Antigo Wisconsin. The Holiday Inn. Oct 28, 2011 · After 3.5 yrs of riding that's what I call pathetic. Now the warranty is reduced to 2yrs or should I say 2 short sledding seasons. Brp knows but these 850 are far from 4 stroke reliability. Probably better than the old 800 mills, but still not great for a 25k initial purchase price. It all depends on how much you ride.
Gear oil, 75W-90 or 75W-140. I just use 140 in all my machines but I think 90 was the spec for those years. I like to fill it as high as you can get on the dipstick. We could see the release of the 600 ace turbo with 120-130 hp, the 900 ace turbo will get a bump to 165 hp. That will dominate the 4 stroke market.
