Jan 15, 2024 · Uverse not available on wifi driven box in other room. Wired boxes were working, then froze and stopped working. Open smart manager rebooted gateway didn't fix problem. Uverse been out since yesterday 1/14/2024. Called ATT automated system no help. In Huntsville Alabama. Wifi works but Uverse doesn't. I have 3 uverse receivers, with wired connection, BG210 router. This problem has happened to me twice in the past two months. I'll turn on the TV and get a message "uverse not available at this time. Please try again later". I'll try restarting the receiver and router but it doesn't do anything. The problem will resolve in a day or two. I've tried many different ways on trying to resolve this problem but none seem to work. I've restarted the receiver and did the whole unplugging everything and rebooting, but it still seems not to work.
