T300 is a dual belt drive wheel. that's 1 tier above the old TMX/T150. Generally belt drives are quieter and can often provide higher FFB torque. T300 has ~4nm of torque. T248 has 70% more torque than the T150 (from the TM docs/video) so that would seem to be about 2.1 * 1.70 = ~3.6nm. G29 is gear drive FFB, TMX/T150 is belt drive. Thrustmaster is smoother and quieter. Logitech continues to use same FFB technology they introduced back with the G25, barely changed. Logitech reliability seems to be slightly better, but I always read lots of software/driver complaints.

I would say go for the g29 if it’s cheaper than the G923 (it was $150 cheaper than the G923 for me). Apart from the double clutch you would use rarely and the other gimmicky feature, there isn’t anything that justifies paying more. The wheel is belt driven along with gears for the force feedback. This wheel feels much more realistic and less choppy than the Logitech wheel. Excellent force feedback and steering feel. It is noticeably smoother and more realistically that Logitech's wheel. The force feedback mechanism in the T150 feels like it is directly out of a $400+ wheel.
The T150 Wheel is better than the G29 as it has : Better FFB. Less Notchy/Clunky feel because of hybrid belt and gear system which creates smoother driving feeling. 1080* degrees. Less rattle due to metal ball bearing. faster wheel spin speed. Thrustmaster eco system. Deadzone issue eliminated.

The T150 will be quieter, and with the Thrustmaster "ecosystem," if you upgrade to the T3PA or T3PA-Pro pedals and the TH8A shifter, those could be used later on if you ever decide to upgrade to one of the stronger Thrustmaster wheels (TX, T300, or T500), so there is an upgrade path with the T150. IMO the G29 is a superior product overall, more silent than the t150 and higher quality pedals. T150s best feature is that it open up access to the Thurstmaster universe in terms of upgrades.
